Position Overview 

We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Manager to join our team. This position will support the Client Strategy team by managing projects and deliverables for multiple clients and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Client Strategists in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties (contract partners and vendors) for flawless execution of projects.

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.

  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Meet with clients to take detailed notes, clarify and plan specific project requirements, and analyze and communicate change impacts.

  • Track project performance to ensure the completion of short- and long-term goals.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience in project management.

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong working knowledge of ClickUp is a plus.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
