Position Overview 

We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator with a focus on creating engaging reels and photography for social media platforms and online content. The ideal candidate is a social media enthusiast who understands current trends and knows how to craft compelling visual stories that capture attention and drive engagement. You will thrive in this role if you are able to meet strict deadlines, produce highly engaging and brand-aligned social content, and collaborate with other teams to consistently deliver excellent work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality, engaging short-form videos for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) for multiple clients.

• Capture and edit professional photographs for social media and online content that align with our clients' brand identity and marketing goals.

• Collaborate with the Client Strategy team to brainstorm and create content ideas.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content is fresh and relevant.

• Edit and enhance video and photo content using editing software to create polished and professional final products.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate visual elements and ensure brand consistency.

• Create design assets for blogs and social media in alignment with client branding.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field OR Proven 2+ years of experience working with an agency or on a marketing team as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator.

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, specifically focusing on creating reels and photography for social media.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to produce high-quality, engaging video and photo content.

• Proficiency in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

• Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools is a plus.
